My name is James Cafarella, I live in the province of Pisa and at least for now I am still a student, excluding the morning I spend at school, in the afternoon, immediately after the lesson I go home to train in parkopur and freerunning .

Practical parkour from January to February of 2008, which is when I discovered its existence, but fortunately I did not start completely unprepared ... I tried many sports as a child of various kinds, but I was never satisfied, before you begin track I studied alone, but in depth, the ninja techniques that have since proved very useful. I also studied kung fu and some other art merziale, which I consider very useful as a system of physical training. I also studied, but little detail the techniques of stunts to make landings that seem wrong without hurting themselves or pretend fight scenes, etc. .... And just recently I was able to enroll in a fitness gym where you can learn flips and the like in a short time without getting hurt.

The first time I started doing parkour I have to admit that I totally ignored what exactly it was, then practicing and continuing to practice, I have achieved many tracks, jumping and "performances", but only recently have been able to understand better what actually constitutes the philosophy behind it, have no limits, as the famous David Belle parkour is a way to not have limitations, none of what's around you can get stuck and we no longer feel oppressed by the walls and the buildings around us. As for the freerunning
I have to admit that actually it is not useful if not (in my opinion) as physical training, in fact, several somersaults increase physical training provided by parkour.
